How To Take Blouse Measurement From Customers

2. SECOND BODY LOOSE B
This should be taken from the customer's upper part of the chest. No loose should be leave on the tape, check the back side that tape is not in crosses. Take the measurement as round number like 32, 33, and 34. The measurement should not like ¼ ½ ¾.

4. HAND HEIGHT E
Hand height should be taken from the solder sleeve edge to their sleeve height requirement.
EXAMPLE = 5”

6. MIDDLE HAND LOOSE G
This measurement should be taken in the customers middle hand part without leaving any loose. EXAMPLE = 12”

8. BACK NECK HEIGHT M
This should be taken from the back side. The neck deep minimum should be ½” down from their body armhole line. The tape should not taken by cross, it should be straight.
EXAMPLE = armhole 5 ½” + ½ = Total 6” Minimum neck height should be 6”.
10. FRONT POINT CENTER U
This measurement should be taken from the front side from the top of the shoulder to their front point center, this measurement should be very accurate. EXAMPLE = 9”
Method To Take Measurement From the Customer
1. HEIGHT A
This measurement should be taken from the customer at the back side. First correct the customer blouse without any wrinkles now take the measurement from the shoulder top to their blouse. Height don't leave any folding cap for stitching gap height = 13”.

While Taking Measurement, Extent The Blouse Height From Their Blouse Height From .5 Inch. Or
Extend The Height From Min 1inch To 1.5 Inch From Their Brasier Height. The Average Height For The
Customers Will Be From 12inch To 14.5 Inches, Based Upon The Customer Height. If The Customer
Height Exceeds From 14.5 Inch, The Front Patti Height Will Be Large, Then The Patti Will Bound To The
Customers Stomach, So The Patti Will Be Fold, So Please Check With The Above Measurement.
Extend The Height From Min 1inch To 1.5 Inch From Their Brasier Height. The Average Height For The
Customers Will Be From 12inch To 14.5 Inches, Based Upon The Customer Height. If The Customer
Height Exceeds From 14.5 Inch, The Front Patti Height Will Be Large, Then The Patti Will Bound To The
Customers Stomach, So The Patti Will Be Fold, So Please Check With The Above Measurement.

This should be taken from the customers blouse from the sleeve joint part to the next side finishing. This measurement will be like 2, 2 ¼, 2 ½. EXAMPLE = 2 ½”
For Ordinary Blouse (Without Lining) -30inch - 24 Hours Blouse
For Executive And Lining Blouse - 31 Inch – 10 Hours Blouse
For Function Wear Blouse – Reduce ½ Inch In Middle Hand Loose – 2 Hours Blouse

Check The Below Measurements By Using The Customer Body Measurement. Customer
Shoulder Finishing Measurement Can Be Plus Or Minus 0.25 Inch From The Below Measurement.
For Body Loose 26-30 = Shoulder Finishing 1.5 Inch
For Body Loose 31-36 = Shoulder Finishing 1.75 Inch;
For Body Loose 37-38= Shoulder Finishing 2 Inch;
For Body Loose 39-43= Shoulder Finishing 2.25 Inch;
For Body Loose 44-49= Shoulder Finishing 2.5 Inch.
Measurement Can Increase Or Decrease From .25 Inch From The Above Measurements. If This
Measurement Exceeds From The Above Rule, The Neck Width Will Be Less, So The Blouse Will Not Set Perfect.

This should be taken from the front side where the last hook will be hanging. This measurement should be taken very tightly with the customer. While taking this measurement, Customer will tell no need of this much tight but for perfect blouse the measurement should be taken like this tight only. EXAMPLE = 29”
Measurements Can Be Changed according To the Customer’s Choice.

This should be taken from the front side where the last hook will be hanging. This measurement should be taken very tightly with the customer. Example – Body Loose-40= Hip Loose May Be = 36-30, Hip Loose Should Not Be 29 To 37.

10. FRONT POINT CENTER U
This measurement should be taken from the front side from the top of the shoulder to their front point center, this measurement should be very accurate. EXAMPLE = 9”
If The Customer’s Blouse Leaves The Point Center Sharp, Less The Front Point Center Height Or If
The Customer Does Not Require Sharp, Less The Front Dot Height Measurement By 1”.
